What the rating is actually measuring
A star average is a blunt instrument, so it is worth saying what tends to sit behind ours. The recurring themes in our reviews are not exotic: the same technician turning up each visit, being told what was found and what was done, and somebody coming back when something was missed.
That last one is the important one, and it is the part a rating cannot show you.
What happens when it goes wrong
Every company has jobs that do not go to plan. What matters is what happens next, so here is ours in plain terms.
If pests come back between scheduled visits, we come back and re-treat at no extra charge. That is our 100% satisfaction guarantee, and it is not a marketing line with conditions buried underneath it. Call us, tell us what you are seeing, and we will schedule a return visit.
It is also useful information for us. A treatment that is not holding usually points at a source or a condition nobody has found yet — a gap that was missed, an untreated neighbouring property, a moisture problem under the house. That changes what we do on the next visit rather than just how often we come.

Are these reviews verified?
Yes. The feed on this page pulls from our Google Business Profile, so every review shown was left by a Google account on the profile itself. We cannot edit them, remove them, or reorder them to put the good ones first.
Do you ever remove a bad review?
We cannot, and would not if we could. Google controls what appears on the profile. What we can do is respond to it and try to put the problem right, which is the more useful response anyway.
Why does the review count change?
Because it is live. The number reflects our Google profile at the moment you load the page rather than a figure typed into the website, which is why we do not quote an exact count here in text.
Do reviews affect what I pay?
No. There is no discount for leaving one and no penalty for leaving a critical one. If anyone ever implies otherwise, that is not how we work.
